Who We Are
Brix & Barrel, crafted by the passionate Umbrella Group Hospitality restauranteurs, is Calgary’s newest dining destination. We believe in providing fresh and inventive food & beverage options in a beautifully crafted space where our guests can feel relaxed and be taken care of. This new restaurant compliments our sister venue – The Rooftop, but with a newly created atmosphere.

Not only are we opening in the same community downtown off of 4th Avenue, we are committed to being a big part of the community through charitable initiatives and by welcoming back our favourite customers who we served prior to the rebrand and renovation. You can look forward to an elevated experience from phenomenal and friendly service to memorable dishes that will keep your mouth watering for more. Our restaurant is a new jewel box celebrating and supporting industries like oil/energy and farming that have been a staple for Alberta. You will just have to come visit to see what we mean!

Our open concept allows for several styles of semi-private events. Brix + Barrel also has two private rooms that are ideal for an intimate dining experience or meeting rooms. The room includes several screens and A/V capabilities to facilitate seamless presentations.
